ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please check everything and contact us promptly in case of a mistake. If you didn’t receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your junk folder

PROCESSSING & DELIVERY TIME

I am a small studio and print your order on demand, once payment has been received. All prints are packed and processed by us in our office in Marina del Rey, CA. I process all orders in bulks batches ordered every Friday, so if you place an order on Tuesday it will be processed on Friday. Prints typically take an additional 5-7 business days to make and an additional 5-7 days to ship to you.  You will receive email confirmation along the way.

SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES

I ship for a flat rate of $15 in a cardboard tube or, if applicable, a photo envelope via USPS priority mail. Shipping currently takes 5-7 business days. I apologize for any USPS delays, however, these are out of my control. You will receive a tracking number via email once the print is mailed. FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CONTACT US DIRECTLY.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

With so many variables out of our control, once an item is turned over to USPS I cannot be held responsible for any delayed, lost or missing packages. Please contact your local carrier for additional help with the tracking number provided.

REFUNDS & DAMAGES ITEMS

Unfortunately, I cannot control what happens to a package once it is received by USPS. If you receive a damaged print, please notify me within 7 days by replying to the confirmation email that you received when you ordered along with detailed photos of the damage so I can assess the refund amount, if any, on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SALES TAX

I am required to pay sales tax on all online sales made to customers in California.  Anyone outside of California is not required to pay sales tax. I charge a statewide base tax rate of 10% .
